Canva does, however, have a pro version, which is what I pay for. Still, it's cheap, and you'll have access to a lot more stock photos, stock videos, and a ton of different things. Thus, I believe the pro version is worthwhile.

To give you an example, one of the very first digital products I started with was digital templates. I was able to get started with it without spending any money. All I had to do was create a digital template based on something I already had in my business. Then I hosted it on my website, which already has traffic. And, I was able to start making passive sales for these digital templates right away!

2. Ebooks

The second digital product is Ebooks.

Ebooks are simply PDFs that contain information that leads to the results that you promise to whoever purchases them. People must be able to benefit from your Ebooks. It can be about learning a skill, how to reduce stress, make more money, or improve relationships.

Maybe your question now is how to create an Ebook. Well, I say, you can also create an Ebook in Canva 100% for free! There are tons of templates that you can use. And once you've created your Ebook, you can download it and then decide where you want to host it online. I recommend Google Drive and again this is 100% free.

So once you're done with your Ebook, download it, host it on the drive, then you can share the link with anyone who might want to buy it.

3. Workshops

Workshop under 40 minutes is another digital product that you can get started with no money upfront.

You're probably wondering how to make money with workshops. The concept is just simple. You get to sell seats in advance, people pay for the workshop upfront, then you deliver it live. You're actually making money before you ever have to spend any time on this actual product.

In addition, you're also proving the concept and knowing people are going to pay for workshops before you ever spend your precious time on it.

And the cool thing is even with a free Zoom account, you can record the workshop through Zoom. You can sell the recording, so it's sort of like a twofer. You get to pre-sell people into the workshop and you get to sell the recording as—you guessed it— a digital product.

And just like I mentioned with the ebook you can use a free account with Google Drive to host the recording and send it to anyone who purchases it.

Now it is no secret that I love workshops!

I have leaned heavily into teaching paid workshops in the past year. Not only because I get paid upfront to do the workshop but mostly because I'm able to help people in my audience with a pain point that they have right now.
