The first thing you're going to do is log in to your Canva account at Canva.com.

And we’re going to create these 5 digital products using tools inside Canva.

Digital Product #1 - Guide

A digital guide is essentially just a digital PDF where you are guiding someone to learn something.

To get started, go to Canva, click on “Create a design”, then type in “booklet”.

Even though we're creating a digital product called a guide, Canva calls it a booklet.

So for the purpose of this tutorial, we’re going to create a guide about “how to get started with your first garden”.

So the first thing we’re going to do is create the actual cover image for the guide, and to design a cover image, we’re going to use a new tool in Canva, called—Magic Edit.

Magic Edit is an AI tool that you can use to add or replace an element on your image. Take note that the feature is only available in Beta.

How to use Magic Edit?

1. In Canva, choose a template you want to edit

2. Click on the image, then select “Edit photo”

3. On the left side, under “Tools”, click on “Magic Edit”

4. Brush over the image where you want to add an element, then click “Continue”

5. Type in what you want to add in the brushed area, then click “Generate”

Since we’re making a guide about gardening, I added two things to the image. I typed in, “add a bunch of roses” & “gardening tools”.

The result is mind-blowing.

How cool is that?

You don’t even need to hire a photographer and have your own photos taken.

Now that we have a cover image that is specific to the type of guide that we’re creating, the next AI tool we’re going to use to complete our digital guide is called—Magic Write.

Magic Write is an AI text generator tool that can help you create written content quickly and effortlessly.

How to use Magic Write?

1. Open Canva docs

2. Click the + sign and choose Magic Write from the drop-down menu

3. Then type in, ‘’Come up with 5 titles for a book about getting started with your first garden’’ (for the purpose of this demo), and hit enter

And it will auto-populate 5 titles that we can use for our guide about gardening.

Now you can do the same thing with the content of your guide. You can also use Magic Write to write content quickly and effortlessly.

Yet, I always recommend that you use AI as a starting point.

I definitely think you should go in and add your personal story, personal touch, add any additional tips that you think would be really helpful for the guide you’re creating.

Digital Product #2 - Record Online Course

Canva is one of the best tools for creating courses. From making visuals to creating course slides and presentations, Canva is quite useful.

But another tool that course creators would love is its recording feature.

How to Record in Canva?

1. In Canva, find any slides that you have made for an online course

2. Click on “Presents”

3. Select “Present and record”, and hit “Next”

4. Set up your camera and microphone, and “Start recording”

5. Once you're done recording your slides, you can copy the link where it has hosted the recording or you can just download it.

Digital Product #3 - Checklist

The third digital product we can create using tools in Canva is a—checklist.

In Canva, just click on “Create a design” and type in “Checklist”.

It will bring up a bunch of templates for your checklist. You can then choose a template from hundreds of options and customize it to your liking. Change the fonts and colors to whatever you want.

Then, use Magic Write to change the content.

Below is an example of checklists you can modify and sell as a digital product:

A checklist could be about anything that has to do with your niche and goes along with your following.

What’s great about checklists is that they'll provide you with a list of all your tasks and detail each step of the process, making it easier to stay organized and get things done.

That makes this digital product valuable and makes people want to purchase it.

Digital Product #4 - Worksheet

A worksheet basically is a sheet with questions and blank spaces where you can write your answers and tasks to be accomplished.

Creating worksheets is a profitable digital product idea if you're running an online education business.

You can create amazing worksheets in Canva with just a few steps.

You can simply choose a worksheet template that you want to customize.

Then use Magic Write to come up with worksheet prompts that are relevant to your niche.

You can quickly copy and edit these prompt questions into the worksheet template that you choose.

Last but not least, the fifth digital product you can create in Canva is a—planner.

The key to selling a planner is coming up with what should the planner theme be. If it's just like a blank planner, there's just so much competition out there.

In order to sell your planner, you have to be specific, you have to have a good niche, a good ideal client.

This will make selling your planner online a lot easier.

-Daily personal or self-care planner
